Responsible Supply Policy

As a member of the RJC - Responsible Jewellery Council, Fernando Rocha Joalheiro S.A. has established this policy in order to demonstrate that it obtains and purchases products and services for its operations in an ethical, sustainable and socially conscious manner.

This policy aims to affirm our commitment to respect human rights, avoid contributing to the financing of conflicts and comply with all relevant UN sanctions, resolutions and laws.

It's our commitment:

• Respect human rights in accordance with the International Labor Organization's Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Fundamental Rights at Work. In particular, we reject and condemn child labor, forced or clandestine labor, as well as human trafficking and all forms of discrimination;
• Do not get involved in or tolerate bribery, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing;
• To stop any collaboration/relationship with partners where the above principles are not respected;
• We adopt good environmental practices, encourage the responsible use of natural resources and the preservation of the environment in order to build a safer, more responsible and more sustainable world;
• We count on our Partners to participate in these policies and we believe that in this way we can achieve mutual success by applying responsible practices.
